The body is always adapting. Samer’s approach teaches people how to take part in that process consciously. Through strength, mobility, and biomechanical awareness, training becomes more than completing exercises, it becomes a way to understand how the body moves, responds, and develops over time.

01
Progress is often found in the details: how you breathe, align, shift, and respond. Greater awareness turns small adjustments into stronger, more intentional movement.

02
Strength belongs everywhere-outdoors, at home, and in the spaces we move through every day. Training should prepare the body for life, not only for equipment.

03
Before adding more weight or complexity, learn to control your own movement. Balance, mobility, coordination, and strength begin with understanding what your body can already do.
Client Reviews
6 months of training

Over six months, I improved my core strength, stamina, power, and endurance. Samer is extremely dedicated, consistent, and attentive, and he creates a safe and comfortable environment where I can train and communicate openly. He listens carefully to any concerns or limitations and adjusts each session to make it as beneficial as possible. I would absolutely recommend him.
1 year of training

What changed most for me was finally moving beyond constantly living in my head. Having a weekly routine connected me to the outside world, helped me feel more grounded, and allowed me to build strength. Samer’s coaching is personal, genuine, warm, and adapted to each person. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to enter the world of training without pressure or intimidation.

Training with Samer helped me feel much better in my body. I had more energy, built muscle, strengthened my lower back, and experienced major relief from back pain. His coaching is positive, encouraging, and highly personal. He takes the time to understand your needs and adapts every session to your rhythm, energy, and mindset. Whether the goal is building strength, supporting weaker areas, or creating a healthier routine, he develops a program that truly fits you.
3 months of training

As a filmmaker and editor, I spend long hours sitting and working in positions that were causing recurring neck pain. Training with Samer did more than strengthen my body. He helped me understand why the pain was happening and how my posture and daily habits were affecting it. After three months, I felt stronger, more comfortable, and much more aware of how important it is to keep the body active and supported throughout the day.
10 months of training
I started training with Samer to improve my general fitness, recover after pregnancy, lose body fat, and build strength. His motivation was crucial in the beginning and gave me the push I needed to stay consistent. His knowledge also made me feel confident trusting him with my body and my progress. What really sets Samer apart is his empathy and ability to read you during a session. He knows when to push and when to adapt, always keeping safety first. His motivation is contagious, and he is incredibly reliable, consistent, and always shows up. After 10 months, I fully trust him with my training journey.

Awal Program
When Bob started the AWAL program, he was dealing with scoliosis, recurring back pain, frequent cramps, and difficulty moving comfortably. His body had developed strong compensations, and even simple movements could feel restricted or unstable. We began by understanding where the discomfort was coming from and how his body was adapting around the scoliosis. Over six months, we worked on strengthening the areas that lacked support, improving balance and coordination, and helping him move with more control. By the end of the program, the curve was visually far less noticeable in his posture, almost disappearing in the way he stood and carried himself. Bob felt stronger, more stable, and more confident, with much better control of his body and far less pain and cramping.

Personal Training
Working with Yasmina reminded me why I love coaching. For me, training is never only about giving someone exercises to follow, it starts with understanding the person in front of me, how they move, what they need, what makes them feel confident, and what might be holding them back. As we trained together, I learned more about her body and how to adapt the work around her. With every small achievement, I could see something change, not only in her strength, but in the way she approached movement and believed in what she was capable of doing. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching someone surprise themselves, and seeing Yasmina become happier and more confident with every new achievement made the process just as meaningful for me. Progress is not only about what the body can do, sometimes it is the moment someone realizes, with a smile, that they can do something they once thought they couldn't.
